會長的話

歡迎同鄉會的鄉親朋友們，感謝大家的支持。今年是同鄉會50週年，我們計劃擴大舉辦今年的感恩節宴會來慶祝，也計劃出版一本50週年特刊，請大家幫忙提供照片及歷史資料，共襄盛舉。今年同鄉會啓用専業的WildApricot.com 會員服務，會陸續介紹它的功能給同鄉，期望能加強對會員的服務。同鄉會的網站也因此會更新，使用新的功能。

我們今年的理事團隊，很有活力，大部分都很年輕，很有創意，感謝他們樂意為同鄉服務。

Welcome to TAAGWC - Taiwanese Association of America Greater Washington DC Chapter. Thank you for your support.

We are celebrating the 50th anniversary for TAAGWC this year. We plan to celebrate it in our Thanksgiving Banquet in November 2018. There is a special publication planned to celebrate the 50th anniversary. If you have any special documents or photos related to the 50 years of TAAGWC, please let us know.

We have started using a professional online service WildApricot.com to enhance the services to our members, especially in the membership maintenance area. We will introduce its features to you shortly this year. Our website will be updated with this new service.

This year the board of directors is full of energy and young talents. I am pleased to be part of this great team and also thank them for serving the community.
